Our organization was hired to find leaders for Tom's Shoe Company that will not only be a contributing factor to the production of Tom's shoes but also keep the main focus and purpose of the company, to help other people.
1. Oprah Winfrey
2. Robert Kennedy
3. Martin Luther King Jr.
The three characters above all contributed to society in many different ways. However, the similarity that they all have is that they came across many obstacles and challenging barriers, and overcame them. These individuals will contribute to Tom's shoes because they have the same goal and concept of helping others. Our organization selected these three specifically because of there past accomplishments and compassion to help. For example, Oprah Winfrey, the most successful and richest woman in America, donates million of dollars to various amounts of charities and organization that will benefit underprivileged individuals. Martin Luther King stood in front and lead millions in the fight for equality and fairness in the United States, despite the many challenges he faced. His faith for equality and helping others allowed his voice to ring loud and clear. Robert Kennedy focused his main attention on poverty and civil rights. Robert Kennedy always had the urge and commitment to help those who desperately needed it. These characters all contributed to society and will make a great addition to the Tom's Shoe Company because of their goals and focus on helping other individuals.
